The day consists of 3 lectures. Initially Amina sets the scene of life in Bath and describes the activities of a typical day. The second lecture is entitled “Shopping with Jane Austen” – a tour of Georgian Bath’s shops and their offerings.
After lunch Amina discusses Thomas Lawrence, the artist, who was very much at home in Bath amongst actors, literary people etc., all of whom sat for their portraits.
